Role location: London (Shoreditch), Remote (For 2021)

We are looking for a UK based, Senior PPC Marketing Manager to join our decorated media team. Initially the role will be fully remote, but will transition back to a hybrid on-site / remote role at the end of 2021. Our headquarters are in Shoreditch, East London (where all the cool kids work).

You will be responsible for the campaign research, media planning and buying and the day-to-day running of sizeable multi-channel paid campaigns, across several markets. You’ll need to be someone who brings significant experience to the table and has the technical prowess to execute end-to-end but also be someone who is hungry to learn and improve.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Create substantial campaign strategies driven by data-backed research
  • Plan, execute manage and optimise paid search and paid social campaigns
  • Research, plan, prototype and implement new innovative ways to optimise campaigns and reach audiences
  • Research brief and manage the production of new ad creative
  • Track, analyse and report on campaign performance
  • Manage budgets of £100k+ monthly spends
  • Manage campaigns in multiple markets and languages
  • Drive continued innovation and best practice implementation
  • Help direct and manage the development of optimised campaign landing pages.
  • Seek to continually improve campaign performance through iterative testing (A/B and Multivariate)

Key Qualities we are looking for:

  • Being able to work flexibly.
  • We are a startup so you must be able to roll with whatever comes your way and manage more than one project at a time.
  • Time Management is of utmost importance, there cannot be any missed deadlines.
  • Technically sharp. You’ll eat, sleep and breathe Google Sheets and formulas. You’ll also have a great understanding of how the web works behind the scenes.
  • Attention to detail right down to the minutiae.
  • Good with balancing heavy workloads.
  • Able to use your initiative.
  • Strong desire to communicate your ideas and you have the drive to see them through.
  • Understand audience analytics.

Experience/Skills

  • At least 4 years of active hands-on experience running paid search campaigns across various channels.
  • Expert working knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Good working knowledge of Google AdWords / AdWords Editor.
  • Understanding of conversion tracking (pixel and mobile SDK based).
  • Solid understanding of attribution solutions like AppsFlyer and Adjust.
  • Must be able to perform accurate keyword research.
  • Must have experience in managing budgets.
  • Good Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets skills.
  • Strong presentation skills are highly advantageous.
  • Solid understanding of how programmatic advertising works.
  • Be familiar with attribution models

The Role

We are looking for a confident Digital Account Planner to help us plan, produce, launch and measure world-class marketing campaigns for our diverse range of clients globally. The Digital Planner at Growthcurve will be responsible for the strategic output across our client portfolio.

You’ll be an expert at leading strategic thought on pitches, and researching and identifying client opportunities is second nature to you. You’re a big-thinker- coming up with innovative ideas and always thinking about the future of campaigns is the part you love most about your job.

Responsibilities

  • Have significant experience in researching consumer behaviour and formulating value propositions for varied customer archetypes and segments.
  • Provide detailed targeting reports to brief the Media Buying team outlining audience demographics, psychographics, affinities and more to help ensure paid media campaigns are given the best chance of success.
  • Need to be comfortable writing Creative Briefs which hone in on consumer and market insights that lead to award winning advertising campaigns.
  • Develop actionable multi-channel marketing strategies with clearly defined deliverables and you will be able to produce media plans capable of pin-pointing the ideal audiences our clients need to reach.
  • Define clear KPIs to measure campaign success and decide on the most effective attribution framework to adopt in each unique campaign scenario.
  • Get regular feedback from the Media Buying team to help you build up a playbook of what has worked on campaigns so we have a backlog of effective executions to draw from on new projects.
  • Maintain good relationships with our agency reps at the leading platforms and publishers to stay ahead of their changing features and emergent consumer trends - looking out for opportunities to produce groundbreaking work.
  • Regularly research our clients competition to identify threats and opportunities
  • Align processes, resources-planning and department goals with overall strategy
  • Construct forecasts and analytical models
  • Monitor and analyse industry trends and market changes


Requirements

  • Self-starter who is happy to get stuck in.
  • Extensive experience in strategic planning within a digital agency environment.
  • Experience building thorough digital campaign plans / SOW’s.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and inspire people.
  • Broad knowledge of sector experience. We work across a wide and varied client industry base.
  • Be willing to use your experience to sharpen and strengthen the wider team.
  • Ensure work is to the highest possible standards at all times, and that client presentations are engaging and inspiring.
  • You work in a clean and organised manner. Documents are filed and records are kept. You’ll be working across many clients, so you’ll need to work clean.

The Role

The Delivery Executive at Growthcurve is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of growth marketing campaigns and projects with varying levels of complexity and budget sizes across different client accounts, ensuring we always meet our commitments to our clients and that projects / campaigns are delivered to an industry leading standard, on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

  • Plan out the most effective way to deliver outstanding creative and technical work with the resources and time you have available
  • Keep stakeholders informed of project progress at all times and manage expectations proactively
  • Build up your technical understanding of growth marketing projects and help guide clients on key issues affecting project delivery
  • Report weekly on project / campaign status to The Delivery Lead highlighting possible budget or timing overruns before they occur
  • Thoroughly define our monthly scope of work for each client and ensure projects are delivered within this agreed scope.
  • Devise effective solutions to emergent issues on client accounts, so we always deliver on time and on budget
  • Identify ways to improve our project management processes and prototype new standard operating procedures, tools, templates to pitch in your ideas and gain buy in from the Management Team and our internal specialists
  • Book the right specialist resource against the project or campaign plan so that we can effectively monitor resource capacity
  • Monitor resource capacity against workload and highlight possible issues with staffing projects or accounts to avoid delays and bottlenecks
  • Successfully manage multiple suppliers, partners and clients to ensure the best outcome for Growthcurve and our clients
  • Work with our internal specialists to accurately compile an estimate for an agreed scope of work.
  • Set up and facilitate post-project reviews ensuring learnings are recorded in a well structured way so they can inform future projects and help us deliver better outcomes each time.
  • Balance specific client demands with project realities and reliably close the loop on all open issues in a timely manner.


Requirements

  • Experience with stakeholder management and stakeholder communication
  • At least 2 years’ experience of managing digital campaigns in a creative or production agency
  • Strong proven project management skills and experience
  • Self-starter who is happy to get stuck in
  • Strong technical understanding of the web, mobile apps and video production
